“My wife and I asked Orchard Kitchens to renew our kitchen (including replacing a leaded window with new clear window allowing in more light) and utility room at the same time. The time schedule in the run up to Christmas was tight and in what must have been one of if not the most difficult years ever due to Covid and Brexit impacts on delivery schedules. The project was delivered on time (apart from an immaterial delay to floor overlay tiles) and to an exceptionally high standard. Gideon is an extremely experienced and capable person as well as a pleasure to deal with. There were a couple of manufacturer faults (under unit lights and floor tiles had quality issues) but these were resolved promptly and without fuss. Gideon has a first class team that he works with. Worthy of particular mention are the fitter, Jess, and the Electrician, Patrick, but there were no weak links in the team. In summary, I have no hesitation in recommending Gideon and his team at Orchard Kitchens.”
