We are very pleased with our new kitchen, the equipment, electrical units, lighting and sanitary-ware are just lovely.”Perhaps it is better to comment on the various stages of the work.

1. Design and consultation: this was carried out by Gideon, patient, sharing of ideas, rewarding designs and colour was achieved by excellent and open talking with us. Always willing to consider options but not afraid “to offer a firm no if we wandered too far into fantasy land.
2. Construction and Installation: although we didn’t have a great deal of structural change the work was done quickly and to a good standard. All the tradesmen, Steve, Anthony, Michael etc arrived when they said they would and completed the tasks.
3. Final snagging: although there was little to do, the attention to detail by the whole team was outstanding. If it wasn’t perfect it was changed, often by Orchards own request rather than ours.

The most value added feature of Orchard Kitchens is the Design & Build approach to kitchens. The high standards of professional and this project approach meant minimum stress and maximum satisfaction. Well done to all at Orchard, we recommend them to future customers.
