“Gideon was recommended by a friend many years ago, so when we needed a new kitchen as part of an extension to our home in 2009 we contacted Orchard Kitchens. Gideon and his designer led us through the whole process from start to finish. They both made a point to not only take on board what we thought we wanted, but to use their skill and expertise to make us challenge some of our assumptions, and to put forward some creative new ideas and possible solutions. Since the original installation we have had to call on Orchard kitchens on three occasions to help us out with some minor modifications and repairs (nothing down to the original installation, I hasten to add!!). On each occasion the team have been helpful and responsive and have carried out the work to their usual impeccable standard. I can’t speak highly enough of Gideon and the whole the Orchard kitchens team, who have proved over the past ten years that their customer service doesn’t stop when the beautiful new kitchen is installed, but the ongoing after sales service is just as good.
