This project for Mr & Mrs Jones sat nicely at the crossroads of subtle aesthetics and perfect functionality. It was a pleasure for Orchard Kitchens to take on. The result: a plush, bright kitchen with all the fixtures and features that the client required. The base units and island are a chic graphite, complemented beautifully by the light, mountain oak Karndean flooring throughout the ground level. The understated interplay between the two colour schemes and materials ensures the space gleams beneath the overhead window.

The oven run offers a centred and symmetrical feel, with bespoke, limestone units creating a floor-to-ceiling look, accentuating the height of the room and casting it in even more light. From weekend breakfasts to a midweek winter stew, the industrial style DEKTON Trilium worktop is robust enough to cook up a storm, classy enough to complement the design, and practical enough to make cleaning easy!

The base fixtures have the ever-practical 656 handle; the wall storage (again the popular chic limestone) is touch responsive. All appliances are Neff, bar the Quooker tap, which offers filtered sparkling and chilled still water, as well as boiling and all the fine variations in between. 

When dinner is served and The Jones’ are resting easy, they can kick back and enjoy a show, with Orchard Kitchens having designed and executed the small media centre on which their TV sits.
